SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS. Your item will ship ASAP once your payment is received and we will ship to the address on your receipt here unless we're instructed otherwise at the time of checkout. If you order on a weekend, your item will ship on Monday. For made-to-order items, please review the listing for approximate shipping times. 

If you would like an invoice included in your shipped order, please let us know at the time of checkout, otherwise all packages will go out without printed invoices in an effort to save paper.

Yesterdaydream is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or USPS due to weather or other causes that are beyond our control.

We will ship internationally. Please send a request for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchase? The buyer is responsible for paying duties, taxes and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Please be aware.

We always do our best to accurately describe and photograph our listed items. Please read the descriptions carefully as we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on our part. Custom items are not refundable. Please note: We don't accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances. Shipping is non-refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

We put a lot of time and love into our work, so that you can enjoy your one-of-a-kind item. We want you to love your item. Please note that prices listed are non-negotiable.
